Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership & Development
- Lead recruitment, induction, and onboarding of new store employees.
- Create, manage, and optimize the weekly staff schedule.
- Train, coach, and mentor employees on sales techniques and customer service.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and give constructive feedback.
Operations & Financial Management
- Oversee daily banking, check deliveries, and match orders.
- Prepare paperwork for stock, sales, payroll, and timesheets.
- Manage cash balances and actively minimize stock wastage.
- Analyse weekly sales and inventory reports to drive growth.
- Perform weekly stock-taking, inventory control, and reporting.
Store Presentation & Compliance
- Maintain 100% compliance with company and council guidelines.
- Ensure health and safety procedures protect staff and customers.
- Direct daily housekeeping to keep the store clean and presentable.
- Implement visual merchandising and promotional campaigns.
Customer Excellence
- Promote a high standard of service among all team members.
- Handle unresolved or escalated customer complaints professionally.
- Deliver exceptional service regarding products, enquiries, and needs.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: A-Level or equivalent qualification is required. A university degree is highly desirable.
- Experience: 3–4 years of experience in retail store management.
- Commutation: Must be able to reliably commute to London or plan to relocate before starting work.
- Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills (fluency in multiple languages is a plus).
- Traits: Strong organizational, time management, and phone etiquette skills
Pay: £32,000.00-£39,500.00 per year
