Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with established recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is properly cleaned and stored.
- Engage with customers in a friendly manner, taking orders accurately and providing recommendations when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible serving practices.
- Handle cash transactions efficiently, utilising basic math skills for accurate billing.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages as needed.
Experience
- 18 plus only for this role.
- Previous experience is ideal but training will be provided.
- Strong hospitality skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is essential.
- Basic math skills for handling payments and transactions effectively.
- Excellent time management abilities to prioritise tasks during busy periods.
