Clean King is looking for reliable self-employed cleaners or small cleaning teams to assist with end-of-tenancy and property cleaning work across Wolverhampton and surrounding areas.
This is a self-employed subcontractor opportunity, not an hourly employed position.
For each available job, we will send you the property details, photographs and required works. You review the information and provide us with your fixed price for completing the job. If your price and availability are suitable, the work may then be offered to you.
You are free to accept or decline individual jobs.
Work will initially be ad hoc, with the potential for regular ongoing work for reliable contractors who consistently deliver a high standard.
Typical work includes -
End-of-tenancy cleaning
Kitchens and bathrooms
Cupboards, drawers and surfaces
Doors, skirting boards and woodwork
Vacuuming and mopping
Internal windows where required
General deep cleaning to prepare properties for new tenants
Carpet and upholstery cleaning will normally be handled separately by Clean King.
Requirements -
Previous professional cleaning experience
End-of-tenancy or deep-cleaning experience preferred
High attention to detail
Reliable and punctual
Able to work independently
Must have own transport
Must have own cleaning equipment and products
Must be self-employed and able to invoice for completed work
Comfortable reviewing photographs and providing a fixed price per job
Payment is agreed as a fixed price for each individual job, based on the property and scope of works, rather than an hourly or daily wage.
Reliable contractors who consistently produce high-quality work will be prioritised for future jobs.
