Assistant to CEO / Office Coordinator
Salary: £40,000 Location: Marylebone, London (with occasional site visits)
About Us
Manhattan Loft Corporation pioneered loft living in London, transforming forgotten factories and warehouses into iconic destinations. For over 30 years, we’ve redefined how London lives, creating bold, design-led spaces that bring together architecture, culture, and community.
Founded by visionary developer Harry Handelsman, our projects are delivered in close collaboration with world-renowned architects and designers.
The Role
We’re looking for a dynamic, ambitious, and culturally aware Executive Assistant & Marketing Executive to work directly with Harry Handelsman (CEO) while supporting the wider team.
This is not a traditional EA role. Alongside managing a busy diary and ensuring the office runs seamlessly, you’ll play an active role in shaping the visibility, positioning, and cultural relevance of our hotels and partnerships.
The ideal candidate will be highly organised, creatively minded, and commercially aware, with a strong interest in hospitality, design, branding, and cultural trends. You will help identify opportunities to elevate the profile, guest experience, and market presence of our hotels and wider portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide executive support to the CEO, including diary, travel, and inbox management
- Act as gatekeeper and trusted liaison, handling confidential matters with discretion
- Attend design and strategy meetings, take minutes, and contribute ideas where appropriate
- Research and monitor hospitality, lifestyle, and cultural trends to identify opportunities for brand growth and guest engagement
- Analyse competitor activity, market positioning, and customer experience trends within the hospitality sector
- Assist in developing marketing strategies and initiatives to improve the visibility, exposure, and positioning of our hotels and brands
- Curate and research partnerships, events, activations, and marketing materials to support the promotion of our buildings
- Help manage brand communications, social presence, and marketing coordination across projects where required
- Leverage your existing network while proactively building new connections across hospitality, design, fashion, media, and cultural sectors
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders across design, development, hospitality, and communications
- Help oversee the smooth day-to-day running of the office and support ad hoc administrative tasks
About You
- Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to anticipate needs
- Experience as an EA, marketing executive, brand coordinator, or office administrator, ideally within hospitality, property, design, or a creative environment
- Strong interest in hospitality, branding, marketing, and cultural trends
- Commercially aware, with the ability to think strategically about brand growth and audience engagement
- Excellent communication skills, with confidence working alongside high-profile individuals and external partners
- Proactive, resourceful, and calm under pressure
- Well-connected or eager to build networks within London’s hospitality, cultural, design, and events scenes
- Flexible, with willingness to support occasional evening events
Opportunity
This role is ideal for someone who wants to combine executive support with hands-on involvement in marketing, brand development, and cultural programming, with the opportunity to grow into a broader leadership role across the business.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £40,000.00 per year
