Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Electrical Project Manager to lead and oversee electrical projects from inception to completion. This role is vital in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet the highest standards of quality and safety. As an energetic leader, you will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage resources efficiently, and drive project success through proactive planning and communication. Your expertise will help shape innovative electrical solutions that meet client needs while adhering to industry regulations.
Duties
- Develop project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Coordinate with engineering teams, contractors, and clients to ensure project execution.
- Monitor project progress regularly, identify potential delays / issues , and implement corrective actions promptly.
- Manage procurement processes for materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met.
- Conduct site inspections to verify work quality, safety compliance, and adherence to design specifications.
- Maintain detailed documentation of project activities, change orders, and progress reports for transparency and accountability.
Experience
- Experience is preferred but also if you are an Electrical supervisor looking to make the next step in your career we are happy to have a chat.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively across multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams with clear communication and motivation.
- Knowledge of electrical regs, safety standards, and industry best practices is essential.
Salary
- Negotiable depending on experance
Pay: £45,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
