We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Business Administrator to join our team. Duties
- Managing correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups
- Organising meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes to facilitate effective communication
- Maintaining accurate records of financial transactions, invoices, and procurement activities
- Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as required
- Coordinating schedules and appointments for senior management and team members
- Supporting HR functions such as onboarding new staff, maintaining personnel records, and organising training sessions
- Overseeing office supplies inventory and liaising with suppliers to ensure continuous availability of resources
- Implementing organisational procedures to improve workflow efficiency
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant legislation
Skills
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in British English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office management software
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in all tasks undertaken
- Good problem-solving abilities and adaptability to changing priorities
- Previous experience in administrative or business support roles is advantageous but not essential; a proactive attitude and willingness to learn are highly valued.
Pay: £23,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
