Barback / Kitchen Porter (KP)
Blossoms Cocktail Bar & Restaurant | Brighton Lanes
We're looking for a reliable and hardworking Barback / Kitchen Porter to join our team at Blossoms.
No previous experience is required – just a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Hours
- Approximately 17 hours per week
- Friday: 5:00pm – 1:30am
- Saturday: 4:00pm – 1:30am
- Additional hours may be available during busy periods and events
Pay
- £12.70 per hour
- Plus a share of service charge
Responsibilities
- Supporting the bar team with stock replenishment and glass collection
- Washing dishes, glassware, and kitchen equipment
- Keeping the bar and kitchen clean, organised, and service-ready
- Assisting with deliveries and stock storage
- General support for both front and back of house teams
