About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior MSK Physiotherapist to join our team across two of our premier West London locations. This role is ideal for a clinician who enjoys variety, autonomy, and delivering high-quality, hands-on care within a professional community.
Schedule & Locations
This is a part-time position totalling about 16 hours (flexible) per week, split across Tuesday and Friday.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess & Diagnose: Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions and functional abilities.
- Individualised Care: Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to patient goals.
- Manual Therapy & Modalities: Utilise various therapeutic techniques to promote recovery and improve mobility.
- Patient Education: Empower patients and their families through education on exercises and self-management strategies.
- Clinical Standards: Maintain accurate patient documentation in accordance with UK medical standards and collaborate with the wider healthcare team.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 5 years of "hands-on" UK physiotherapy experience is preferred.
- Clinical Expertise: A strong background in MSK patient care with a deep understanding of anatomy and physiology.
- Specialisms Welcome: While this is an MSK-focused role, we welcome applicants with additional interests or specialisms, such as Women’s Health, TMJ, Vestibular, or Hand Therapy.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and show genuine empathy.
- Resilience: Ability to maintain a high standard of care and professional composure under pressure.
- Independent working - Chisiwck clinic is a satellite and is supported by our reception team remotely.
Requirements
- HCPC and CSP Registration.
- Valid United Kingdom work authorisation (Preferred).
