About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Gas Service & Repair Engineer to join a leading national home services provider. You'll be responsible for servicing, diagnosing faults, and repairing domestic gas appliances while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Working across domestic properties, you'll play a key role in ensuring customers receive a first-class, reliable service with a strong focus on first-time fixes.

Key Responsibilities
- Carry out servicing, fault finding and repairs on domestic gas appliances and heating systems.
- Diagnose faults quickly and complete repairs efficiently.
- Deliver exceptional customer service on every visit.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with current regulations.
- Maintain accurate job records using handheld technology.
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a qualified Gas Service & Repair Engineer.
- Current ACS qualifications including:
- CCN1
- CENWAT
- CKR1
- HTR1
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic experience.
- Good electrical knowledge, including wiring and fault finding on:
- S-Plan systems
- Y-Plan systems
- Combination boilers
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
