Job Title: Fire & Security Installation Engineer

Due to continued growth, we’re looking for a skilled Installation Engineer to join our expanding team.
What We Offer

- Hours: 08:30–17:00, Monday to Friday (40‑hour week, 30‑minute unpaid lunch)
- Paid travel time (minus first and last 30 minutes)
- Overtime: 1.5x until Saturday 12:00, then 2x until Monday 08:30
- 22 days annual leave + 8 statutory holidays
- Call‑out rota approx. 1 week in 10

Role Responsibilities
- Install fire and security systems to a high professional standard
- Support service work during busy periods when required
- Install cabling and containment in line with BS7671
- Program and test newly installed devices
- Complete installation and commissioning documentation accurately
- Work safely and in accordance with company Health & Safety policies
- Maintain accurate monthly timesheets
- Communicate effectively with customers and contractors
- Look after company tools, equipment, and vehicle stock levels
- Report faults or issues to your line manager
- Attend training courses to support ongoing development
- Mentor and supervise trainee engineers when needed
- Represent Fireserv UK professionally at all times
