Responsibilities

- Manage schedules and coordinate appointments using Microsoft Outlook or similar tools
- Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care delivery
- Maintain accurate records of services provided, using computer literacy skills in Microsoft Word or other relevant software
- Follow safety protocols and report any concerns or incidents promptly
- Organize household tasks efficiently to optimize comfort and functionality
Experience
- Prior experience in domestic or caregiving, or management roles is highly desirable
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to listen actively and convey information clearly
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively
