With a history stretching back hundreds of years, the castle combines stunning surroundings with exceptional guest experiences, from weddings and celebrations to conferences, private dining and our restaurant service.
We're looking for a talented and enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team and play a key role in delivering memorable dining experiences for our guests.

What You'll Be Doing
- Running your section and ensuring consistently high standards
- Preparing and presenting dishes with care and attention to detail
- Supporting junior team members and helping them develop
- Maintaining excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards
- Working closely with the wider kitchen brigade to deliver exceptional service
- Contributing ideas for menus, specials and guest experiences
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or an ambitious Commis Chef ready for the next step
- A positive attitude and team-first approach
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and event days
