You don’t need previous care experience - just the right attitude and a genuine desire to make a difference. We provide full, comprehensive training to help you feel confident and supported every step of the way.
What Will You Be Doing?
Your role will focus on helping our service users live happily and independently in their own homes. Duties include:
- Keeping the home clean and comfortable
- Preparing meals
- Offering companionship and a friendly chat
- Supporting with shopping trips and social outings
- Assisting with medication
- Personal care (washing, dressing, toileting, grooming)
- Keeping clear and accurate daily records
- Being a valued team member delivering safe, compassionate, high-quality care
