mrp is recruiting experienced sessional GPs on behalf of West End Health, a private, membership-based GP practice in Colwyn Bay. Established at the beginning of this year and growing steadily, West End Health offers the kind of general practice most GPs trained for: 30-minute appointments as standard, genuine continuity of care, and a strong focus on prevention.
The practice is building a bank of experienced sessional GPs to provide cover across its rota - holiday and absence cover in the first instance, with genuine scope for regular sessions as the practice grows.
The work
- 30-minute appointments as standard, with flexibility to extend where clinically needed
- An engaged membership patient base, with prevention and continuity at the heart of the model
- Standard sessions: weekdays 8.30am-12.30pm and/or 1pm-5pm, plus Saturday mornings 9am-1pm
- Where a standard session doesn't fit, the practice can often accommodate alternative timings between 9am and 5pm - a 10.30am-2.30pm session, for example
- Sessions agreed in advance, around your existing commitments - no minimum

You will need
