About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join our Customer Service team. Customer Service Advisors at Innovate Healthcare service act as the first point of contact for customers and service users, aiming to provide a ‘right first time’, quality service and experience.
You'll contribute to the provision of exceptional service to customers by completing a full suite of customer service duties, ensuring a seamless experience for service users which reflects organisational commitment to quality and efficiency.
What you'll bring to the team
- Experience of working in an office based customer service role; exceptional candidates will have experience in the occupational healthcare sector
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; you are comfortable with telephone calls and emailing, and enjoy the opportunity to engage directly with customers and service users
- Ability to prioritise and manage a variety of tasks efficiently and effectively, and confident in explaining detailed information clearly and concisely
- Fantastic attention to detail, recognise the responsibility we hold when dealing with people’s personal and sensitive data, and enjoy ensuring that the work you undertake is accurate and complete
- Team spirit - You'll enjoy working as part of a small, close-knit customer service team, but relish the chance to work more widely, and love contributing to team and business success
- Proactive approach to problem-solving, and are driven to get to solutions and outcomes
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, and with learning IT skills and systems as necessary
