About the Role
This is a brand-new position created to support our expanding operations. As a Service Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in our service team, managing a nationwide network of engineers and building strong relationships with our valued customers. Key Task & Main Duties
- Diary Management: Efficiently schedule and coordinate diaries for up to 10 engineers, optimizing workflows and ensuring timely service delivery.
- Customer Relations: Act as a primary point of contact for customers, including some key account management duties, fostering strong, lasting relationships.
- Job Planning Oversight: Oversee job planning to ensure smooth execution of service tasks and projects.
- RAMS: Prepare and send Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) to clients and engineers, where applicable, ensuring compliance and safety.
- KPI Reporting: Monitor and report on key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate, clear, and up-to-date records to support operational efficiency.
