The Team Leader is responsible for supporting the effective delivery of high-quality, safe and person-centred care. The role involves a strong focus on field-based quality monitoring, staff support, service user reviews, assessments, care planning and operational oversight.
The Team Leader will work closely with the management and care teams to ensure that care standards are maintained, concerns are identified and addressed promptly, and all required records and quality assurance activities are completed within agreed timescales.
The Team Leader is expected to work collaboratively with colleagues and maintain a good understanding of what is happening across the service at all times.

- Experience working within a care environment.
- Good understanding of person-centred care.
- Ability to complete care assessments, reviews and quality assurance checks.
- Ability to supervise and support care staff.

Working Pattern
Week 1
Monday, Thursday, Friday, 6am-12pm and 5pm-10pm, emergency working between 12pm and 5pm is paid at overtime rate
Week 2
Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday, 6am-12pm and 5pm-10pm, emergency working between 12pm and 5pm is paid at overtime rate
Pay: £28,400.00 per year
