We are seeking an individual join our Facilities team on a one-month temporary basis to provide cover during team absence, commencing 17 August 2026.
Whilst no specific experience is required, previous client-facing experience in any capacity would be advantageous, particularly within hospitality or retail sectors. The role could suit a student or graduate who is looking for short-term work, or looking to gain experience in this area. Please note we are unable to accept applications form candidates under the age of 18 for this role due to health and safety considerations. Please also note the successful candidate must be available to work on-site five days per week for the duration of the contract given the nature of the role.
Main duties and responsibilities
Carry out floor checks on a daily basis ensuring that any issues are dealt with a timely manner (checklist).
Opening, scanning and distribution of incoming post.
Printing, packing and franking of outgoing mail.
Scanning, photocopying, printing, disc copying and burning as requested.
Dealing with queries that are raised via the Facilities Help Desk and via email.
To assist with photocopying and scanning.
Ensuring that the reprographics room is kept tidy.
To ensure that any issues relating to the MFDs are logged with the service provider and dealt with in a timely manner.
Arrangement of couriers.
Assisting with minor moves and changes within the building.
Ensuring that any maintenance issues are reported through the correct channels.
