Chocoberry is looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused Front of House Team Members and experienced Front of House Supervisors to join our team at our City Road, Cardiff store.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome every customer with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Take customer orders accurately using the till (POS) system.
- Ensure customers receive excellent service from arrival to departure.
- Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming front of house and dining area.
- Handle cash and card payments accurately.
- Assist customers with menu queries and allergen information.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure orders are delivered accurately and efficiently.
- Upsell menu items, drinks, and promotions where appropriate.
- Follow all food hygiene, health & safety, and company procedures.
- Assist with opening and closing duties.
Additional Responsibilities (Supervisor)
- Lead and motivate the front of house team during each shift.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and maintain excellent customer service standards.
- Support with staff training and onboarding.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure company standards, cleanliness, and service quality are consistently maintained.
- Support management with daily operations and shift performance.
Requirements
- Friendly, enthusiastic, and reliable individuals.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Smart, professional appearance.
- Flexible to work evenings and weekends.
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience is preferred.
- Supervisor applicants should have previous experience leading a hospitality or retail team.
