We are seeking passionate and dedicated Frustrated Room Managers and Senior Room Leads to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will oversee the daily operations of early childhood learning environments, ensuring a nurturing, safe, and engaging space for children to grow and thrive. Your leadership will inspire your team, foster positive relationships with families, and uphold the highest standards of childcare and early childhood education. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of childcare professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure high-quality care and education.
- Oversee daily classroom activities, ensuring they are engaging, developmentally appropriate, and aligned with curriculum standards.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for children, staff, and visitors at all times.
- Communicate effectively with parents and families to share progress updates, address concerns, and foster strong relationships.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations as well as licensing requirements related to childcare services.
- Support staff development through coaching sessions, training opportunities, and performance evaluations.
- Manage administrative tasks such as attendance records, lesson planning documentation, and incident reports with transparency and accuracy.
Experience
- Proven management or leadership experience in early childhood education or childcare settings.
- Extensive experience working directly with children in nursery or preschool environments.
- Strong understanding of child development principles and early childhood curriculum implementation.
- Excellent communication skills in English; ability to connect effectively with children, parents, and team members.
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team with enthusiasm while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
- Valid driving license is preferred for transportation duties or home visits when necessary.
- Relevant certifications in childcare or nursery education are highly desirable; ongoing professional development is encouraged.
