Marketing Assistant
Part-time | 3 days per week | £200 per day | East London
We’re looking for a Marketing Assistant to join our team and support the delivery of marketing campaigns across our portfolio of festivals and events.
You’ll be supporting everything from sign-up campaigns, through to going on sale and major announcements, helping make sure campaigns are planned, built and delivered effectively.
This is a hands-on role for someone who is highly organised, digitally savvy and genuinely interested in dance music and live events. You’ll work closely with and report directly to the Head of Marketing.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll support the day-to-day delivery of our marketing campaigns, including:
- Building and scheduling email and SMS campaigns
- Supporting on-sales, presales, sign-up campaigns and other key launch moments
- Building paid media audiences and carrying out checks across live ad campaigns
- Updating and maintaining festival and event websites
- Writing engaging marketing copy across email, web, ads and other channels
- Developing content ideas, messaging angles and campaign concepts
- Briefing designers on creative assets, including writing copy and providing clear creative direction
- Liaising with partners, artists and other stakeholders to coordinate marketing activity
- Keeping campaigns and projects organised, ensuring tasks and deadlines stay on track
- Supporting the wider team with day-to-day marketing activity as required
- Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience working in events, festivals or a related industry
- Is social media savvy and understands how audiences engage with content across different platforms
- Is a confident copywriter and communicator
- Is highly organised and comfortable juggling multiple campaigns, deadlines and stakeholders
- Has a interest in dance music, festivals and club culture
- Has experience using project management software such as ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com or similar
- Has excellent attention to detail, particularly when working on customer-facing campaigns
- Is proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, particularly around launches and on-sales
- Is happy getting stuck into both the creative and operational sides of marketing
Role Details
Rate: £200 per day
Commitment: 3 days per week
