We are looking for a responsible and reliable full-time employee to work at our Liverpool (L5) base. The successful candidate will, amongst other responsibilities, generally be responsible for:
Manufacturing timber fencing & gate products
Loading & unloading lorries - manually and with a forklift truck
Readying orders for loading for delivery to site
Checking deliveries and keeping the storage yard and stores neat, tidy and in order
It is essential that candidates have a full UK driving license as it may occasionally be necessary to leave the premises to deliver or collect materials.
It is also necessary to hold a forklift license as this is a large part of the role.
The role requires the use of different wood working machinery. It is not essential to have prior experience but it may stand a candidate in good stead should they be able to display a previous knowledge or experience of working with such machines. Due to the physical and potentially dangerous nature of this type of manufacturing, the successful candidate will be a mature, responsible and physically fit individual.
Employees are required to make their own way to work for an 8am start Monday to Friday.
