Responsibilities
- Provide customised haircuts, colouring, styling, and specialised treatments to clients
- Offer expert advice on haircare routines and product recommendations
- Upsell retail products to enhance client experience and salon revenue
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene within the salon environment
- Assist with store management tasks as required
- Ensure excellent customer service by building rapport and understanding client needs
- Promote salon services through effective communication and personalised consultations
Experience
- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist in a professional salon setting
- Skills in store management and retail upselling are advantageous
- Strong customer service background with excellent communication skills
- Previous front desk or reception experience beneficial but not mandatory
