JOB DESCRIPTION
JOB TITLE: Paint Track Operative
REPORTING TO: Production Manager
DEPARTMENT: Operations / Assembly

JOB PURPOSE:
To load and unload components on a continual track moving through a powder coating booth
KEY RESULT AREAS:
- Prepare products to be powder painted
- Hanging products correctly and safely on a moving track to ensure they can be painted evenly.
- Removal of items from a moving track ensuring no damage to products.
- Carry out quality checks control of painted items.
KEY ACTIVITIES:
- Read and understand risk assessments and COSHH data sheets.
- Work to tight production schedules.
- Provide support to other disciplines if and when required.
- Ensure all work is completed in a safe manner.
- Any other tasks that you or your Manager deem to be necessary to carry out the role in line with business requirements.
- To maintain a tidy and controlled work area.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
- Flexibility to work in other areas of the factory if required.
- Able to work shifts if required.
- Manual Handling awareness.
- Stamina and endurance.
Job Types: Permanent, Full-time
Pay: £27,098.00-£29,528.20 per year
