Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Site Supervisor to join our team at DDG Electrical. The ideal candidate will oversee and manage daily operations and organise labour force on the sites, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company standards.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate site staff
- Manage day-to-day activities and ensure tasks are completed on time
- Monitor site performance and address any issues promptly
- Liaise with procurement team and Directors to ensure correct materials and labour requirements for the sites.
- Conduct regular site inspections and order materials
- Liaise with clients and address any concerns or requests
Requirements
- Previous experience in supervising roles
- Ability to manage a team effectively
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Electrical Knowledge preferable
- Proven track record of delivering results in a similar role
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £40,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
