Scapes Group Ltd. provides high quality, service orientated, professional cleaning & gardening services to housing associations in London and across the South of England. Our Head Office is located in Capel, near Dorking, Surrey.
We seek to appoint an administrator who is energetic, flexible, friendly and enthusiastic with a can-do attitude to work.
This is not a hybrid role, due to assisting team members who are in the office. Hours are 4 hours per day (20hrs per week), from Monday to Friday.
We offer a starting salary from £14,000.00 per annum, depending on experience.
The role
- Answering incoming phone calls to the company from customers and clients
- Providing administrative support to the Customer Services Team
- Organising files and inputting data onto company management systems
- Applicant will be responsible for handling paperwork and files, organising and creating folders where needed
Skills & Experience required
- Strong administrative experience and excellent telephone manner
- IT literate, with experience of using Excel and Microsoft packages
- Self-motivated, with the ability to plan and organise workload whilst taking into account changes and conflicts in priorities
- High level of accuracy
- Excellent communication and numerical skills
- Flexible

- Positive Attitude
We offer full training for the role, free onsite parking, 28 days paid holiday (pro rata) and a pension scheme.
Due to the location of our office and lack of public transport, your own vehicle is required.
