Overview
We are seeking a highly organised, detail-focused, and proactive Product Manager Support Co-ordinator to support the management of a diverse range of agricultural, fuel, feed, and merchanting products across our business. The job could be based at any of our mid-to-south Wales branches, depending on the candidate.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with data and systems, and takes pride in delivering accurate, timely, and efficient administrative support. Working closely with Product Managers, suppliers, branches, and the transport team, you will play a vital role in ensuring products, pricing, stock, and supplier information are managed effectively.
The Role
Your responsibilities will include:
✅Maintain accurate product pricing, stock records, and purchasing data within internal systems, ensuring all updates are completed accurately and on time.
✅Support Product Managers with product ordering, stock replenishment, and inventory management to ensure product availability and efficient stock levels.
✅Analyse stock movements, sales trends, and inventory reports to support purchasing decisions and identify stock discrepancies, variances, or transfer issues.
✅Process requisitions and raise purchase orders with suppliers, maintaining effective supplier relationships and communication.
✅Verify supplier invoices, statements, pricing, and haulage charges, resolving discrepancies and following up on outstanding credit notes where required.
✅Produce accurate stock, pricing, rebate, and management reports, ensuring deadlines are met and month-end processes are supported.
✅Liaise with suppliers, transport providers, branch teams, and internal stakeholders to resolve delivery, stock, and invoice-related issues and ensure efficient business operations.

Desirable Experience
* Previous experience in administration, stock control, purchasing, or product support.
* Experience working within agriculture, merchanting, retail, logistics, or supply chain environments.
* Knowledge of stock management and reporting systems.
