Overview
We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Self-Employed Personal Trainer and boxing trainers to deliver personalised fitness programmes and support clients in achieving their health and wellness goals. This role offers flexibility and independence, allowing you to build your own client base while providing expert guidance in a professional setting. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for sports coaching, teaching, and a solid understanding of human anatomy to tailor effective training plans.
Responsibilities
- Design customised training programmes based on individual client needs, goals, and fitness levels
- Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions, ensuring proper technique and safety at all times
- Provide expert advice on exercise techniques, nutrition, and lifestyle adjustments to optimise results
- Track client progress through regular assessments and adapt programmes accordingly
- Maintain a professional and motivating environment to encourage client engagement and retention
- Keep up-to-date with the latest fitness trends, techniques, and industry standards
- Manage your own schedule, bookings, and client communications efficiently
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sports coaching or personal training roles
- Strong teaching skills with the ability to motivate diverse clients
- In-depth knowledge of human anatomy and physiology
- Relevant certifications in personal training or sports coaching recognised within the industry
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients independently
- A proactive attitude with a commitment to ongoing professional development
