About the role
We’re looking for a bright, curious and confident Campaign & Media Executive to help deliver campaigns for some of the world’s best known brands across healthcare, education, FMCG, finance and tech.
This role is as much about people, communication and good judgement as digital media. You’ll work with clients and our strategy, creative, data and project teams to turn briefs into effective campaigns and understand what is working.
You do not need to be an expert in every advertising platform. We can teach the technical side. What matters most is that you are organised, confident with people, comfortable with numbers and genuinely interested in digital marketing.
We welcome people from a wide range of degree and career backgrounds, including marketing, media, client services, recruitment, communications and sales.
What you’ll be doing
Key responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with clients and communicate clearly and confidently.
- Help turn client briefs into effective media plans with our wider teams.
- Learn to build, launch and manage campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok and other channels.
- Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve results.
- Help create reports and dashboards, turning campaign data into useful client insights.
- Review creative performance and share learnings for future campaigns.
- Work with job boards, media partners and suppliers to deliver campaigns effectively.
- Manage multiple projects, deadlines and client expectations at pace.
As a growing agency, we encourage everyone to get stuck into wider business initiatives or help out where needed.
What you need to bring
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and confidence working with clients.
- Educated to degree level in any discipline.
- Strong organisation and the ability to manage your own priorities and workload.
- Curiosity, enthusiasm and a genuine desire to learn.
- A basic understanding of digital marketing and paid media.
- Comfort working with numbers and interpreting performance.
- A collaborative and positive approach when working with different teams.
- Some professional experience in marketing, media, client services, communications, sales or a similar environment would be useful.
- Experience with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, GA4 or Looker Studio is useful but not essential.
- Applicants must have the right to work in the UK. We are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this role.
