We are seeking a dedicated and efficient full time permanent trainee technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the day-to-day operations run smoothly by performing tasks related to product preparations, inventory management, logistics & software.
The role is varied; we are looking for a self-motivated individual who can adapt under the pressure of a deadline and has an accurate and methodical approach to their work. There are opportunities to gain new skills through on-the-job training with our experienced team to offer guidance and support.
Responsibilities are
- Configuring & testing electrical equipment for sale & hire
- Booking in and testing off-hire equipment
- Servicing and/or repairing customer equipment
- Completing all relevant documentation for customer orders, returned off-hire kit & customer service equipment
- Packaging a variety of goods for dispatch daily
- Arranging shipping of goods
- Unboxing & putting away new stock
- Using varied pieces of software & web platforms
- Weekly & monthly stock counts
- Assisting other members of staff with tasks as & when needed
- General day to day cleaning & tidying of the office space
Pay: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
