We are currently recruiting for an experienced Working Foreman for a theatre refurbishment project.
This is a hands-on role requiring someone who can effectively manage site activities while working alongside trades to ensure the project is delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing day-to-day site operations
- Coordinating subcontractors and site labour
- Maintaining health and safety standards
- Ensuring works are completed in line with programme requirements
- Liaising with site management and clients
- Carrying out site inductions and toolbox talks where required
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Working Foreman on refurbishment projects
- Valid SMSTS or SSSTS
- Valid First Aid at Work certificate
- CSCS Card
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to lead by example and maintain high standards on site
