Bar & Waiting Staff
We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic, and reliable Bar & Waiting Staff to join our team. The successful candidate will provide excellent customer service, take food and drink orders, serve customers efficiently, and help create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for all guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare and serve drinks, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Serve food and drinks to tables promptly and professionally.
- Maintain clean, tidy, and well-presented bar, dining, and service areas.
- Clear and reset tables when required.
- Handle customer requests and resolve any issues politely and professionally.
- Process payments and operate the till accurately.
- Follow food hygiene, health and safety, and licensing regulations.
- Restock the bar, service areas, and supplies as needed.
- Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house colleagues to ensure smooth service.
- Support the team during busy periods and events.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a bar, restaurant, hospitality, or customer service role is preferred but not essential.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Friendly, positive, and approachable personality.
- Ability to work well as part of a team.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a busy environment.
- Good attention to detail and a reliable work ethic.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays when required.
- Must meet the legal age requirements for serving alcohol where applicable.
