We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Front of House Staff to join our vibrant hospitality team. Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality is advantageous, but a positive attitude and a passion for excellent service are essential. Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements to ensure a positive first impression
- Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages efficiently
- Provide friendly and attentive customer service throughout the guest’s visit
- Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system with precision
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, counters, and service stations
- Support food preparation activities as needed, adhering to food safety standards
- Assist with organising reservations and managing waiting lists during busy periods
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure seamless service delivery
- Uphold high standards of hygiene, safety, and food safety regulations at all times
Requirements
- Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality roles is preferred but not essential; a willingness to learn is vital
- Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures is desirable
- Experience as a barista or in food preparation will be considered an advantage
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy periods
- Organised with strong attention to detail
- A positive attitude with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and evenings as required
