About the Role
We are looking for an Operations assistant to join our team at Decorum Vending, a market leader of automated retail solutions for the busiest airports and train stations throughout the UK. This is a varied role that combines administration, customer service, and stock management duties to help keep the operation running
Key Responsibilities
- Responding to customer enquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Answering incoming telephone calls and directing enquiries as appropriate.
- Helping with stock takes, audits and data accuracy.
- Helping maintain product catalogues.
- Assisting with general administrative tasks and office support duties.
Skills and Experience
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle complaints professionally.
- Good attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Good knowledge of Excel, Outlook etc and/or willing to learn.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively.
- A proactive and positive attitude.

Pay: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
