We’re looking for a Junior Sous Chef to join our team at our St. Paul location.
Key Responsibilities of the Junior Sous Chef:

Support the Senior Sous Chef in delivering high-quality dishes that meet brand standards, ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and efficiency during service

Assist in managing daily kitchen operations, coordinating prep and service to maintain smooth workflows while upholding quality and efficiency.

Work closely with the kitchen team, providing guidance, training, and support to maintain a positive and productive work environment that encourages collaboration and skill growth.

Monitor stock levels, assist in supplier management, and implement cost-effective measures to control food costs while maintaining ingredient quality and minimizing waste.

Ensure strict adherence to food safety regulations, hygiene protocols, and cleanliness standards to maintain a safe and compliant kitchen environment
If you have experience in the below too that would be advantageous:

2+ years’ experience in high-volume kitchen, with experience across different sections of the kitchen.

Worked to exact recipes/ingredients to specifications using both fresh and frozen ingredients.

Worked in large operational environments before.
