Duties
- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Present menus and provide detailed information about the dishes and beverages
- Take accurate food and drink orders from guests
- Relay orders to the kitchen staff and ensure timely delivery of meals
- Upsell menu items and promote daily specials
- Serve food and beverages to guests
- Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any concerns or issues
- Clear tables, clean dining area, and reset tables for next guests
- Process guest payments accurately and efficiently
Experience
-Pervious experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be given,.
