Thanks to exceptional growth in the machinery sales, our service department is busier than ever - and we're expanding Frank Sutton Ltd, your local John Deere Dealership. We are looking for an enthusiastic, Assistant Service Manager to help keep our workshop running smoothly and our customers supported.
Your Role
- Support the workshop by helping organise jobs and keeping everything moving
- Look after Customers with clear communication and friendly service
- Work with our Technicians to ensure repairs are completed efficiently
- Proficient in administration tasks such as warranty claims and service records
- Promote high standards in safety, quality and Customer satisfaction
