Job Overview:
We have a fantastic opportunity to join our expanding Customer Services Team within our growing E-commerce Division based in our Derby HQ office.
The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to both new and existing customers, letting them know about our services or expansion of services depending on the type of customer. There will also be an element of inbound sales & enquiries to be responded to. This role is vital in maintaining our reputation for excellence and ensuring the safety and security of our clients' facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound calls to both new and old customers
- Answer and respond to customer queries / sales calls via incoming telephone calls, email and website contact forms
- Advise customers on fire extinguishers, types, and usage
- Follow-up leads generated by lead Forensics
- Manage an internal ticketing system for sales enquiries
Skills & Experience
Essential:
- Professional experience in a high-volume, fast paced environment
- Confident telephone manner
- Fully conversant with Microsoft Office and capable of learning internal systems.
- Strong negotiation skills, excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Desirable:
- Industry Knowledge [industry – fire safety]
