Derma Institute is one of the UK's leading medical aesthetics training providers, delivering accredited Botox®, Dermal Filler, PRP, Microneedling, Chemical Peel and Skin Rejuvenation courses to licensed healthcare professionals across the UK, USA and Canada.
We're looking for a highly organised, proactive and personable Weekend Course Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys travelling, thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.
The Role
Based in Nottingham, you'll be responsible for preparing and transporting all equipment and consumables required for our weekend training courses before travelling to one of our training locations.
You'll be the face of Derma Institute on the day, ensuring each course runs smoothly from start to finish by supporting delegates, trainers and models, whilst maintaining our high standards.

- Nottingham
- Birmingham
- Manchester
- Leeds
- Cardiff
(Additional locations may be added as the business continues to expand.)
What You'll DoBefore the Weekend
- Pack all stock, consumables and equipment required for the weekend courses from our Nottingham office.
- Ensure all products and consumables are fully stocked before departure.
- Check emergency medications and equipment are present and in date.
- Prepare delegate packs, certificates and course materials.
- Load and transport all equipment safely.
During the Weekend
Working hours:
- Saturday: 8:30am – 5:00pm
- Sunday: 8:30am – 5:00pm
Responsibilities include:
- Set up the training room before delegates arrive.
- Welcome delegates and complete registration.
- Process any outstanding course payments.
- Ensure trainers have everything required throughout the day.
- Coordinate models arriving for treatments.
- Maintain stock levels throughout practical sessions.
- Ensure treatment stations remain organised and compliant.
- Take photographs and videos for social media where required.
- Assist with delegate certificates.
- Handle general delegate enquiries.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere throughout the weekend.
After the Course
- Pack down all equipment and stock.
- Return to Nottingham on Sunday evening.
- Restock equipment ready for the following courses.
- Report any stock shortages, equipment issues or incidents.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is:
- Highly organised and reliable.
- Friendly, professional and confident speaking to people.
- Happy travelling and staying away overnight.
- Comfortable working independently.
- Excellent at multitasking.
- Able to remain calm under pressure.
- Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
- Full UK driving licence holder with confidence driving to different UK locations.
Experience within healthcare, training, events, beauty or aesthetics would be advantageous but is not essential.
