Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 per annum
Requirements:
- RGN/RMN/RNLD qualified with an active pin
- Previous experience of managing an elderly nursing home
- Strong knowledge around governance and compliance within an elderly care home
The Role
Compass Associates are proud to be working alongside a well-established care provider, who operate a portfolio of care homes across the UK. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Registered Home Manager to take responsibility for a medium to large sized care home located around the Sheffield area.
The service provides a combination of residential, general nursing and dementia care, with strong occupancy levels and a fantastic senior leadership team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned leader who enjoys team development, holds a keen eye for quality and wants to make a genuine impact within a service that holds strong foundations.
Candidate
The successful candidate will have previous experience managing an elderly care home as a Registered Home Manager, ideally with an active nursing pin (RGN, RMN, RNLD). You will be comfortable walking into a service that requires some positive change and will have the resilience required to bring staff with you on that journey.
You will be able to implement sustainable change across the care home and manage with a visible presence, ensuring you build meaningful relationships with residents, their families and external stakeholders to ensure the success of the home.

The role is commutable from: Sheffield, Dronfield, Chesterfield, Worksop, Dinnington, Rotherham, Hoyland, Barnsley, Stocksbridge, Edale, Buxton and Matlock.
