Hours: 38 hours per week, Mon – Fri
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £25.00 per hour
Annual Leave: 28 days holiday
Office Base: Rotherham S65 1LJ
The Candidate we are looking for must have:
- Highly skilled Fire door fitting experience IS A MUST
- Previous Maintenance Experience IS A MUST
- Must be fully up too date with regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work on his/her own
- Drivers Licence
Job Description:
Main Duties:
- To carry a variety of maintenance skills mostly Joinery (fire doors), and general property maintenance
- Have previous experience in this field of work
General:
- To undertake training as requested by the Asset and Property Development Operations Manager.
- To be familiar with and comply with all relevant Health and Safety, Operational, Personnel, Data Protection and Financial Regulations, policies and procedures.
- To undertake additional duties, following consultation, as required from time to time by the Head of Housing.
- To have a flexible approach to working in order to deal with emergency situations, · Literacy skills to enable completion of paperwork around health and safety, repairs & stock. (ESSENTIAL)
· A commitment to the provision of a quality service
· Flexibility and willingness to adapt to frequently changing demands of the role.
Driving
· A full driving licence
· You do not need your own vehicle for this role.
