We have a great opportunity for you to join our Asset Sales team as a Sales & Resettlement Progressor. In this role, you’ll lead our property disposals programme by progressing sales across the South region, ensuring properties identified for sale are managed efficiently and deliver the best possible value in line with our Asset Management Strategy.
This position can be based from our Eastleigh, Bracknell or Yeovil office with travel at least once a week to our London office with travel expenses paid.
This role has two key aspects: driving the property sale programme and delivering a customer focused resettlement service for our tenants.
You will be working closely with colleagues across the business, as well as agents, local authorities and other third parties, managing the end-to-end sales process, including:

Visting properties identified for sales after end of tenancy.

Liasing with valuers, agents, auctioneers and solicitors as well as internal teams to prepare the properties for marketing.

Progress the sales process to completion

Dealing with all post sale administration
You’ll be focussed on meeting budget targets and building strong stakeholder relationships.
You’ll also play the leading role in engaging with tenants in priority sale properties, supporting them through the relocation process with empathy and understanding and managing incentives to ensure smooth transitions.
You’ll collaborate with our Voids and Lettings teams to make effective use of void properties and support wider portfolio stability.
What you’ll bring:

A strong background in progressing sales, ideally with experience in residential property.

A commitment to delivering excellent service to our internal and external stakeholders, ensuring information and reporting is accurate and deadlines are met.

The ability to work independently, manage your own diary and take a proactive approach to decision making.

Proven customer service experience, with the ability to communicate clearly and sensitively, particularly when working with vulnerable customers.
