Senior Manager Required
We require an experienced retail manager to join our team. You would be based in our newly refitted store and be responsible for the day to day running of this store, which includes staff training and development, all retail standards, customer service, communicating with suppliers, visual merchandising, stocktaking and admin responsibilities.
A key part of this role will be overseeing the day to day management of the website and developing the social media presence via Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and any other relevant platforms.
You will report directly to the owner of the business and support her with the development of the Pink Flamingo brand both online and in store. This will mean overseeing our other store in Whitstable to ensure that both stores run cohesively and the whole team work as one. You will be the first point of contact for both stores for their day to day needs, alongside being the contact point for all suppliers.
You will also have an input with the buying for the store/brand and will attend buying trade shows, where on occasion you will need to stay away from home.
The ideal candidate will be flexible with their work days, confident and approachable, with great communication skills. They will have a love for fashion and footwear and enjoy giving excellent customer service.
The role could be over 4 or 5 days, dependent on the individual’s needs/business requirements.
