Community & Events Manager – Sebspace

Sebspace is a premium serviced office and coworking community in Macclesfield, Cheshire. We're looking for an energetic, creative and commercially minded person to become the face of Sebspace and help us build Cheshire's most inspiring business community.
What you'll do
- Be the face of Sebspace, creating an exceptional experience for our members and visitors.
- Help grow occupancy by turning enquiries and office tours into new members.
- Organise networking breakfasts, business events and community activities.
- Manage our LinkedIn, Instagram and wider social media presence.
- Create engaging marketing content, including photography and video.
- Build relationships with local businesses and community partners.
- Bring new ideas to improve Sebspace and increase member satisfaction.
- Support marketing and creative projects across our wider business group.
Who we're looking for
We're looking for someone who loves meeting people, is naturally positive and confident, creative and full of ideas. You'll be organised, commercially aware, comfortable using social media and, importantly, someone who enjoys taking ownership rather than waiting to be told what to do.
Experience is important. Attitude is essential.

Salary: £32,000–£35,000 depending on experience, plus performance-related bonus.
Location: Macclesfield, Cheshire
Pay: £32,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
