Job Overview
We are seeking a team member to join our, Masking, taping & packing department in our factory, this is Light Work but needs attention to detail when masking parts . In this role, you will be responsible for preparing surfaces through taping and masking, ensuring clean and precise finishes for various projects. You will also handle packing tasks to support efficient workflow and maintain a safe, organized work environment. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop hands-on skills in light construction and finishing work, contributing to high-quality project outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Apply tape and masking materials accurately to surfaces, ensuring clean lines and proper adhesion for painting or finishing processes
- Prepare work areas by cleaning surfaces, removing debris, and setting up necessary tools and materials
- Pack materials, tools, and supplies efficiently to support project flow and prevent damage during transportation or storage
- Use hand tools such as scrapers, knives, brushes, and rollers to complete masking and packing tasks with precision
- Assist with light masonry or carpentry tasks as needed to support overall project requirements
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace by disposing of waste properly and storing tools securely
- Follow safety protocols at all times, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
Experience
- Familiarity with taping, masking techniques, or packing procedures will be advantageous
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

Pay: £12.71-£13.00 per hour
