Position: Kitchen Sales Designer

You will be a highly organised individual and we will seek evidence of your ability to manage your own work and prioritise effectively. You will be able to work to deadlines in a busy shared office environment and be able to operate calmly and effectively under pressure. You will have a good educational background, solid IT skills with training and experience in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel Outlook), CAD software and 3d visualisation.
This is a full- time, permanent position on site.
Working hours 9-5 Mon - Fri with one Sunday shift every three weeks (1pm-5pm)
Duties:
- Dealing with customer enquiries in person, by phone and email.
- Preparation of customer kitchen quotations.
- Producing and preparing customers kitchen drawings using our 3d CAD software (Winner Flex).
- Processing and preparing kitchen furniture orders.
- Liaising with suppliers and kitchen installation teams.
- General office and stock taking duties.
- Attending home surveys to accurately measure kitchens and assess spatial requirements.
Requirements:
- Deliver exceptional customer service and design advice, while achieving sales through informed recommendations.
- A strong educational background including Standard Grade passes ( or equivalent) in English and Maths.
- High level of skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- First class organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with a clear and pleasant telephone manner.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with a wide range of customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and to exercise initiative for your allocated areas of responsibility.
- Skilled in CAD design and 3d rendering to help clients visualise their kitchen designs.
- Full Driving Licence Required
Starting salary £30,000 per year with potential adjustments depending on skills and experience.
