We're a leading premium kitchen retailer with an outstanding reputation across the North East of England, and we're looking for an experienced Customer Care Installer to join our employed team covering Edinburgh and Fife.
This isn't a subcontractor role. You'll enjoy the stability of a permanent position with a starting salary of £34,000–£38,000 depending on experience, along with a company van, professional tools, and all business expenses covered—allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional workmanship.
About the Role
As a Customer Care Installer, you'll be responsible for carrying out installation, maintenance and repair work within occupied customer homes on new-build developments throughout Edinburgh and Fife.
Working with high-quality kitchens, you'll use your practical skills to resolve issues efficiently while providing first-class customer service. Every visit is an opportunity to represent our brand, ensuring every customer receives a professional, courteous experience and a flawless finish.
You'll also work closely with our internal teams, following detailed plans and specifications while maintaining the highest standards of workmanship.

About You
