This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a premium customer service environment and enjoys building relationships with patients while helping the practice grow.As the first point of contact for our patients, you will create an outstanding five-star experience from the moment they arrive, while also guiding patients through their treatment journey, coordinating appointments, discussing treatment options, and supporting the commercial success of the practice.Key ResponsibilitiesReception & Patient ExperienceWelcome patients with warmth, professionalism and discretion, creating a luxury five-star experience.Offer refreshments and ensure patients feel relaxed and cared for throughout their visit.Manage appointments, confirmations, recalls and diary optimisation across dental and facial aesthetics services.Handle telephone, email and WhatsApp enquiries promptly and professionally.Process payments accurately and maintain patient accounts.Maintain immaculate reception and waiting areas at all times.Ensure patient records are accurate and up to date.Support the smooth day-to-day running of the practice.Treatment CoordinationMeet with patients in a comfortable, non-clinical environment to explain treatment plans and answer questions.Build rapport and help patients make informed decisions regarding their treatment.Discuss treatment costs, finance options and payment plans.Arrange treatment appointments and ensure consent documentation is completed.Maintain accurate records of all patient conversations and treatment discussions.Be available to support patients throughout their treatment journey.Monitor consultation conversions and maintain accurate KPI reports.Help achieve practice productivity and revenue targets.Marketing & Practice GrowthAssist with practice marketing initiatives and patient engagement.Create and schedule social media content (with management approval).Promote patient testimonials, before-and-after photography and reviews.Organise and support patient events, open evenings and promotional campaigns.Monitor new patient sources and identify opportunities for business growth.Support patient recall campaigns to maximise attendance and retention.Administration & Business SupportProduce KPI and financial reports as required.Reconcile daily payments and maintain accurate financial records.Ensure all patient administration is completed efficiently and accurately.Assist with reception duties whenever required.Support practice compliance, health & safety and operational procedures.Help resolve patient queries and complaints professionally and empathetically.Work collaboratively with the clinical and management teams to continuously improve the patient experience.About YouWe're looking for someone who is:Friendly, confident and naturally passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.Professional, well-presented and able to represent a luxury healthcare brand.An excellent communicator with outstanding interpersonal skills.Highly organised with strong attention to detail.Able to multitask and remain calm in a busy environment.Commercially aware and motivated by achieving goals.Positive, reliable, flexible and proactive.Comfortable working with confidential information.Competent using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.Confident using practice management software (Dentally experience is highly desirable).Desirable ExperiencePrevious experience in dental reception, treatment coordination or private healthcare.Experience within facial aesthetics, luxury hospitality, premium retail or concierge services.Knowledge of finance options and treatment planning.GDC registration (preferred but not essential).Experience with intraoral scanning (preferred but not essential).Marketing or social media experience would be advantageous.What We OfferCompetitive salary of £24,500–£33,000, depending on experience.Performance bonus and commission opportunities.Staff discounts on dental and aesthetic treatments.Ongoing training and career development.A beautiful, modern workplace in prestigious Knightsbridge.The opportunity to work within an ambitious, growing luxury practice.A supportive, friendly and highly motivated team.If you are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care, enjoy building lasting relationships, and are looking to develop your career within a leading luxury dental and aesthetics practice, we'd love to hear from you.Apply today via Indeed by submitting your CV.
