Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Pay: £12.71 per hour
Shift Pattern: 8:00am–8:00pm and 8:00pm–8:00am (days and nights, including weekends on a rota)
Elm Park Care Home is looking for a compassionate and experienced Care Assistant to join our dedicated team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and support to residents with dignity and respect.
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, eating, and mobility.
- Support residents to maintain their independence and wellbeing.
- Monitor residents' health and report any concerns to senior staff.
- Maintain accurate care records.
- Work as part of a caring and professional team to deliver outstanding care.
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience working in a care setting.
- Ability to work both 12-hour day and night shifts.
- A caring, compassionate, and reliable approach.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work weekends as part of the rota.
