Hours: 09:00 am – 5:00 pm
Pay: £13 per hour

Role Overview
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing sales activities, managing the sales pipeline, and driving performance against targets. You will play a key role in developing strategies, mentoring team members, and ensuring consistent revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage day-to-day sales operations
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Monitor and manage the sales pipeline to ensure consistent performance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Handle inbound and outbound sales communications (email, phone, SMS, online platforms)
- Track performance metrics and maintain accurate sales reports
- Set, monitor, and achieve daily and weekly sales targets
- Identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Support and mentor junior sales team members (if applicable)
Skills & Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in sales or sales management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Strong organisational and analytical skills
- Proficiency in spreadsheets and CRM tools
- Confident in handling objections and closing deals
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
